Toronto has been in a deep freeze for what seems like forever. I've been trying my best to stay cheerful. Here are some of my ways..
Sweat. Every day. For me that means treadmill running and yoga and my cheerleading workout classes.
Bake. Granola works. Warms the house and makes for tasty breakfasts.
Go to the library. Bring home a stack of books. Draw a bath. Add epsom salts. Read.
Wrap up in a blanket (or two). Boil up some fresh ginger tea. Add a squeeze of lemon.
Make juice. Or smoothies. Daydream of the tropics while drinking.
